Vintage 70's Light Blue Polka-dot Dress with Crochet Details No tag so I assume this is handmade. It is truly stunning and made very well.Very clean and well kept by the previous owner. Light blue color with white/yellow polka-dots. Pretty crochet detail at the sleeves and waist.
