This mine is renowned for producing world class fluorites with the gorgeous “tanzanite” color and this lustrous, raw piece is an exquisite top grade example. Ideal translucent color, form, and crystal shapes. The dodecahedral fluorites have a gorgeous ombré from deep violet purple to royal purple to blue violet with defined zones and rainbows in the light! The crystals are amazing when backlit. The fluorite are on shimmery, black metallic quartz mixed mineral matrix and are UV fluorescent, glowing deep red.
