Hoping is a special painting, of a girl hoping for things to come. The young lady in the painting is wearing a yellow dress, standing in a field of sunflowers. I intend to express the field as a place of relaxation and safety. A refuge for young girls, a calm atmosphere. The place a girl can go to hope for anything without the inhabitions of the world interfereing.
