Custom made!
Comes with the top skirt chest chain and the neck fabric. It didn't come with the chest chain I had to pay 40 for that separately custom made for my size
Measurements were bust 42 inches waist 35 inches lower waist 38 inches fullest hips 46 inches. I would go down about an inch for the measurements with the hip and waist it was a little snug when I last wore it I've lost 30 lbs since then.
The price is a little less than what I paid for it.
