The concho turquoise front is vintage sterling silver. The leather is brand new in good condition. The front measures 3 1/2 inches by 2 inches. The genuine leather would fit an 8 inch wrist at the smallest but because of the lacing it would fit larger wrist as well. The sterling silver front has original untouched patina. This will include one piece of additional lacing .
