Red cotton stretch blazer made in Italy. I’ve shown the tag in the photos. I think “taglia” means size and included the size chart from the L.B.M. 1911 website. The 46 would make it a small but I’m not sure what the 12 means. Pit to pit and is about 18 1/2”. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam is about 15 5/8”. To be safe I would recommend you study the tag and do a little translating for yourself. There is a white mark on the inside of the jacket which I’ve shown in photos
