I spent a considerable amount on altering this dress to fit my 5’4” 110lb frame! Dress length was measured so I could wear 3-4inch heels. Arm wings were taken in slightly in and tucked in back to stop them from slipping off. Showstopper!!!! Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
