This is a very cool piece from the mid century era. There is a label on the bottom that says Gourmates styled by Glo-Hill Canada
A Bit of History:
Glo-Hill was a Canadian Company from Montreal that produced high end chrome and bakelite items in the 1930 to 1970 era. It has a 3 piece chrome base with a bakelite handle, the total length measuring 15 inches. The square part of the base measures 7 inches in diameter and the two end circles measure 4 inches in diameter. The handle measure 5 inches high from the base and it has a chrome middle piece with 3 rings cut into it. Weighing 1 Pound & 6 ounces.
In good vintage shape, there is few scratches that are hard to see and from some use, photos show.
I will ship with the handle removed from the base to reduce costs.
