Used vintage condition. Was definitely loved and played with. Some scratching and discoloration to paint. Bottom is scuffed. Wheels discoloring in places. Rusting and such possible in places. Marks, cracks, dings, dents all possible. Overall still a cool vintage piece just not brand new. See photos for approximate measurements. Color may vary slightly from photos due to lighting. Item comes as is. Wheels turn and function but squeak a bit
