
Gazo Family Clocks San Marcos.
It measures 41 h 15 w, and 10 d with the case in excellent condition. It weighs about 40 lbs.
The front of the case has arched beveled glass that displays the intricately etched patterns of the pendulum and dial. The clocks movement was made in Germany and features quarter and hourly Westminister Chimes with a wonderful tonal quality. It keeps accurate time, runs quietly and gives your home the feel of luxury. It is finished in a fine Fruitwood Stain.
This is a rare wall clock crafted and built by the famous Gazo Family of San Diego, CA. The Gazo family retired from the business in 1988 and the business closed for good in 1989, creating a high demand for the high quality Gazo Clocks and in particular the San Marcos model pictured here. The clock was built in 1978.
