This set is brand new! It is a solid black carry case that contains the manual, safety gloves, oil filter, fuel filter, supplemental coolant additive, coolant testing strips, and a CAT decal in black and silver. Everything is complete in this set and unused! The coolant strips have an expiration date and it has long passed, but not sure it matters, as they're simply testing strips. Nothing else appears to have a date on it.
