Bracelet fits 7 inches. no extra links. if larger wrist more links will be neededused condition needs new batterybezel does not rotate. my grandfather was the original purchaser of the watch and he did not know it rotated so its likely never been rotated before hence it being stuck, it will need a servicing to get it rotating again.
