This gorgeous cotton dress comes in a jersey knit body with loads of details. The Large flutter, cap sleeves, and a full pleated midi skirt with pockets is a cotton. Please see the last two photos of some flaws in the loop smocking. They are at the bottom, half of the loops one in the front and another in the back. it is barely noticeable and I did not notice when I purchased this dress.The smocking allows for a larger fit.
