This is a complete reproduction of the 1933 501XX, model 33501-0012.
Made in Japan in 2007.
This model predates the 1937 red tab, so it has no red tab on the back pocket, exposed bar tacks, a single-needle arcuate stitch that doesn't cross in the center, and a thinner red selvage. The fabric is also slightly thinner, recreating the atmosphere of the time.
The red ear (selvage), cinch back, suspender buttons, and patch are missing, and the exposed bar tacks, crotch rivets, etc., give it a vintage feel.
The patch is missing, leaving only the traces.
This is a superb pair with vintage processing, including damage, fading, whiskers, and honeycombs.
The noticeable damage and stains are due to the special vintage processing.
