This is new and has never been used. The lady that owned this only took her out to look at her. I did put the accessories and instructions in a new bag. There are 2 pampers, 8 food packs, pink dish with spoon,also her bottle. Around the edges of bib is some dark spots from age and it's also curled up some. Please look at pictures carefully they are part of the description. Very nice Doll. I will ship next business day. Thank you : )
