Vintage Art Deco 1930’s 2 pc Custom Made in New York Polka Dot Dress & Jacket with Bakelite Accents.Dress is in overall very good condition.There are a few tiny holes.Dress was custom made for my Grandmother.Her name is Effie Davis…you can see her initials on fabric tags attached to dress & jacket.
