Description
☆ Sweetheart Jewelry from World War II are pieces of history - especially pieces that signified a mother had a son, or sons, serving in the war.
☆ Here is an extraordinary piece of that jewelry.
☆ Crafted of sterling silver and enamel, the bracelet signifies someone had one son in the military during WW2 - the center panel with the blue star is the indication.
☆ Surrounding the star are the flags of the Allied Forces. From left to right the flags are: USSR, USA, Britain and Republic of China.
☆ There is no maker's mark on the bracelet.
☆ Each panel is marked sterling (backside).
☆ There are no visible cracks in the enamel.
☆ Measurements - unclasped, it is 7 inches in length. Each flag, individually, is, approximately, 3/4 inches x 1/2 inch.
