This is a gorgeous 1930s silk velvet gown. Made of a red silk velvet, the dress has long dramatic bishop style sleeves that button closed at the wrist. The dress has shirring at the neckline and a slight collar, and beautiful raised detailing along the sleeves.The dress snaps closed at the side. Overall in good vintage condition considering it is 90 years old - a few minor scattered pinholes, wear to the velvet at the wrist, etc.has no tags, handmade - see measurements in photos for best fit.Approx a small.
