These trousers are a two-pleat adaptation based on 80's wide-silhouette three-pleat trousers, with a generous amount of pleats.
The fabric is a poplin woven at high density using Australian super 140's wool for the warp and rayon filament yarn for the weft.
Although it's a blend of high-quality natural and synthetic fibers, the balance of smoothness, luster, firmness, and drape is exquisite. The fabric is an update, referencing materials used in 80's vintage trousers, but made more delicate and refined than the originals.
Features include 4mm wide welted hip pockets, a one-piece waistband without a center back seam, belt loops that are just the right length for the belt width, hidden zipper tape, and a well-made interior.
