This 6 foot DIY Mint & Lavender Snowflake Balloon Garland kit includes
--One 36 Snowflake Shaped Mylar
--an assortment of 11” latex balloons in mint, chrome green, chrome purple, lavender, white, silver with white snowflakes**(this look is achieved by layering two balloons, one inside the other, to create this special effect **(see below for special instructions),
--a plastic decorator strip
--a dual hand pump
--instructions included; time is estimated at about 45-60 minutes to complete 6-8 feet of garland, can be made 1-2 days in advance if inflated with air.
Balloons will ship flat. This is a DIY kit to be put together by consumer. The snowflake latex balloons will come already layered. Inflate to full size for best results and only the inside tail needs to be tied.
