This set includes the Berry Grove School building, an additional floor panel, front steps, staircase, 1 table, 4 stools, 1 teacher's desk/podium, 5 student desks, 5 chairs, 4 paint palettes, 6 mathematic workbooks, 2 books, 1 pencil holder (some paint fading), 1 pencil, 1 apple (bonus), 1 dry easer, 1 mini book shelf, 6 sketchbooks, 1 ruler, 1 Sylvanian doll (bonus), and a free standing wooden clock. (Critters and other accessories sold separately). Building and accessories come in good condition without box. There is minor fading along the edges of the roof & blemishes underneath the stairs. (See photo 9-10) Critters not included. Clock tower will require new batteries.
