I purchased it at Dufamily. It is a culotte skirt with a solid, fluffy silhouette made of a sturdy fabric.
I only tried it on for a short time, so it is in very good condition. I have been storing it in my closet and there are no creases from folding (there may be some creases during shipping).
The color is very similar to the one in the sixth picture.
