Navy blue wool with herringbone and blue and red vertical striping - very polished and professional menswear look. My knowledge helps me estimate this piece is from the 80s.I believe this may be a bespoke piece because there is no size tag available. Chest across is 21.5in which puts this between a European 52 or 54 for size.
