This is a brand new dress! Never wore it but I bought it a size too small for me. Perfect dress for a day at the park or any occasion! It has pockets and falls below the knees. I bought it at Company D, which is the Disneyland discount employee store here in California . I'm selling it as is for what I got it for. I did remove the tulle just because it was scratchy/rough and I thought I was going to keep it.It was originally attached to the bottom of the slip by a simple stitch. So the tulle (small petticoat )has been professionally removed. There's no rips or stains.
