It features a square neckline and, button closure that runs 3/4 the way down the dress. This black dress has medium-sized "white-ish", blue, & green polka dots, along with some mini yellow dots. There is a matching scarf that measures 8 x 79", which I used to tie a bow on the back. These dots are more of a light gray/light blue, or off-white.
