The warp uses rope-dyed short-fiber nep yarn, and the weft uses high-quality Suvin cotton. The denim is woven slowly on a shuttle loom.
By intentionally using short fibers for the warp, a fuzzy and vintage feel is created, while the use of beautiful long fibers for the weft results in an elegant fullness and soft texture.
