These state issued plates were acquired in an estate sale in Kansas. They remain in excellent vintage condition. They were said to have belonged to the owner of a now defunct dog racing track in Pittsburg Kansas. I don't know how lucky they are! But they are definitely cool and one of a kind! You get both front and rear plates! Insured shipping is free!
