Brand new dress still in box with no alterations! I ordered a size 14 based on the waist measurement. I usually wear size 8/10 and this was a bit large on me. Brand is Vow’d (owned by Altar’d State). Comes in original box and packaging. I paid 300 on sale on their website. Great quality satin and tulle structured mermaid skirt! Measurements are: bust 41”, waist 33”, and hips 44.5”.
