This is a Cuddly Hearts tester bear— it was released in a few select locations as a test to see how it performed. A limited number were released. After the test run, BAB altered the design slightly, the main change being that they removed the heart on the chest and then produced them normally and distributed to all locations.
Don't bear nap on the chance to have a limited edition find! Good used and previously played with condition. It feels like the bear has a voice box in its right arm, but it does not function.
