This is a vintage item from the American casual brand Toyo Enterprises, known as Buzz Rickson's, specifically the M51, commonly referred to as the Mod Coat.

Measurements taken flat by a non-professional:
Shoulder width 44 cm, Chest width 53 cm, Length 82 cm (from the bottom of the fishtail).
It features a thick wool and tweed fabric, making it very warm. It can be styled similarly to a peacoat or mountain jacket, or even worn over a suit.
It has barely been worn, so there are few stains or damages.
