Listed as parts just because I havent actually used it myself. Listed as poor because I've never used it. The handle spins freely and the screw to hold it to the table spins freely as well. The flat piece that protects the table is missing. I dont know a lot about these because they date wayyy before my time, but this one appears to be in decent condition to me.
