Vintage tea set made in Japan for the western export market. Imari style, features a colorful design with a sailing ship at the center. Pattern is popularly known as Black Ship. Includes one teapot with lid and bamboo handle. Also includes 6 matching cups. Teapot is about 5.5 inches tall (not including handle), and cups are about 3 3/8 inches tall. One of the teacups has a rim chip. The other pieces in this set are in beautiful shape with no chips or cracks, and minimal to no wear to the design.
