This is a cape-type blouson without sleeves. Because it has no sleeves, it doesn't interfere with the comfort of oversized tops, providing a stress-free feel.
The fabric is a slightly thicker, smooth material compared to a typical thin, shaka-shaka (rustling) fabric, giving it a luxurious feel.
It will be useful in seasons other than summer.
