I usually wear size 27 but even though these measure at 14 1/2 at the waist, I cannot zip over my hips. More like a size 2 or size for a low rise fit. Material possibly silk or possibly chiffon. Very light. Breathable.
Pockets in the front. Possible pockets or faux pockets in the back. Fully lined. YKK zipper. Bubble hem finish or bloomer style.
