This is a sleeping Hatsuyume (“first dream of the new year”) Sprigatito plush from the 2023 Pokemon Center Japan “Lucky Box”. These were only available via lottery on New Years Day and were very limited in quantity. Brand new, unused and still in bag with original Japanese hang tag.
