I reset the computer to factory mode and now the software is gone.. and in starting mode.. will need software..
I’m just not sure how to get it or install it

DOES HAVE a hairline crack!
DOES need a new BATTERY! As it doesn’t last for more than 2 hours..
DOES need to be fixed with that software install problem!
Again.. I’m not a computer person so Im not sure how to fix this but It did work before I factory reset it..
