Manufactured in 2020 I believe. Some scruffs on frame. Footrest where the child’s foot goes, there’s a crack but does not affect any of the functional use of the stroller. It’s also missing the latch to lock the stroller when folded but does not affect any functional use of the stroller. Overall if you aren’t picky and handy, it’s a great starter stroller to build.
