This is a pair of 100% cotton Bermuda shorts that come with the belt. The shorts have a number of pockets front and back. The belt is slightly distressed and has grommets on the front. As always, the quality is outstanding and the material is soft and light weight. There are other Bermuda shorts on their website also 100% cotton for $148 but they do not come with a belt. Flat measurements are WAIST 14.5 inches, RISE 8 inches, and INSEAM 12 inches. Smoke free clean home.
