It has a bit of shininess and has some stretch.Approximate measurements taken lying flat: waist 14", waistband 1 3/4" high, rise 9.5", inseam 27", leg opening 4". Fabric content: 95% polyester / 5% spandex.Machine wash cold on gentle cycle and hang to dry.In excellent used condition; no stains, tears, or other flaws. Please examine all photos.
