I believe this lamp is from the 1970s. There is no writing on it for identification. It is ceramic and was possibly painted in a crafting class. The arm of the lamp does rotate front back and side to side. No cracks, Etc that I could neither see nor feel. The button shown is not working. It probably plays a lullaby and may only need a battery but I did not remove it.
