Vintage Buddy Lee Railroad Train Engineer Doll 13" Original Clothing Union Made. The arms are detached inside the outfit. The hooks are still intact, but the rubber band/string that would have held it in place is gone, and now the arms are lose. Fixable if you are handy. There are scratches on the shoes as well as the head/hair as shown. The outfit has some yellowing due to age, as seen in the photos. It isn't horrible, but it is there and worth looking at.
