This is Tenyo's Magictainment No. 33, Ghost House.
It is now discontinued and no longer sold, making it very rare.
In this magic trick, you trap an invisible ghost in the Ghost House and when you shake it, you can hear something inside. Also, when you transfer the ghost to a handkerchief, it moves inside the handkerchief.
The outer box has scratches and stains, and the instruction manual has wrinkles, but the rabbit mark is uncut. Personally, I think the contents are relatively clean considering their age, possibly because I didn't use them much.
There may be scratches, stains, and signs of aging that some people may be concerned about, so please check the photos carefully and make your own judgment.
