Thirty skeins of Spinnerin Frostlon Petite luxury mohair yarn in hot pink #328. Each one ounce skein is 67% mohair and 33% acrylic, and was made in New Jersey. New with tags and same dye lots - note that many of the fragile label wraps are missing so not sure they are all the same dye lots but those that still have their wraps all match. Yarn is in excellent vintage condition. Really lofty and soft. Plenty of yarn to make a fabulous throw.Werner R. Leimgruber, was born in 1916 in Zurich, Switzerland. In 1939, at the age of 23, he was sent to the United States by a Swiss company to start the Spinnerin Yarn Co.Mr. Leimgruber set up the business in New York (which is now part of the renowned Garment District). The operation grew to over 300 employees but ceased operations in the mid 1980s.
