The incredible puff sleeves feel like silk to me. I believe the pleated portion of the dresses by McFadden are made of polyester. The pleated blue sheath style dress has a chest size of 36 , a waist size of 27 , and a hip size that expands to fit. The dress is from the 1980s and is an original piece. There is no label as the original owner often cut her labels out because they bothered her. I had over 20 of her McFadden dresses, and some still had tags while others did not. I have sold untagged ones here to very happy customers. This is in lovely condition and from a smoke and pet-free home.
