It's a very popular model for bell-bottom jeans and flare jeans.
The button back stamp is 8, so it's known to be made at the Knoxville factory in the USA.
It has an orange tab, small e , Levi's zipper, and double stitching on the back of the pockets.
It has a very beautiful fade, including whiskers and vertical fading.

Tacking repair at the crotch (images 12, 13)
Slight fading on the back of the right knee (image 14)
The hem has been altered, but the flare part remains (images 15, 16)
There are no other noticeable damages.
