A rounded, polished Opalite oval is set in a textured copper bezel with a 360-degree spinning bail making it fully mobile and reversible. It is hung on a pure copper cable chain with a copper-plated brass lobster clasp. The copper is hand-antiqued and polished to bring out the high points with the recesses left dark for contrast and depth.
Opalite is a human creation - glass infused with opacifiers like titanium dioxide, which give it a ghostly blue hue with varying shades of amber glowing inside.
