I purchased this item used and displayed it with care.
No box.
This is an early Sylvanian Families item, released in 1991.
I believe it's quite rare.
All parts are present. Please check the photos for the condition.
There are some minor scratches on the outer case. I have never opened it, so I don't know the detailed condition of the figures.
One of the white screws is missing. I think it's within the range that can be fixed by opening it, but I will not open it to check.
This is not a new item, so please be sure to confirm the condition before purchasing.
