Used. Fountain pen has not been deep cleaned (it still has a bit water soluble green ink in it that will likely leak out while shipping). Otherwise they have light cosmetic wear. Some spots in the silver have oxidation. Fountain pen bladder seems to be in good condition and isn't leaking. Fountain pen cap feels slightly loose when on but does not come off. Ballpoint cartridge works well (black ink). Fountain pen may have ink inside cap or have ink slightly leaked out. Dried ink on and around nib. F Nib. Bother are about 5 1/16 inches long. Made in France. Case included is a vintage Edward Harvey leather case (has a tobacco smoke smell).
