Absolutely massive (1500+ pages) book explaining the rich and detailed history of oil well drilling throughout the world. With illustrations and diagrams. Moderate wear to boards, including stain to fore edge of front cover and general wear around the edges. Corners bumped. Hinges are cracked and with several instances of split binding though all pages appear attached. Soiling to outer edges of text block, some of which extends onto the pages themselves.
