Very rare and hard to find vintage Emenee patriotic American Bald Eagle kid's Toy drum with attached strap.
Black, red, and gold main colors with American Eagles and American flag Striped design shields strategically placed around the circumference.
There is a metal handle on the side, but unsure of its purpose.
8 inches high, 10 & 7/8 inch diameter.

There is quite a bit of damage to it.
The fabric and paper on both sides are ripped and torn.
There are some rust spots on some of the metal areas.
Some sticker residue on upper rim.
